Program Overview
*20 Hours of Clinical Shadowing*
Participants will observe advanced consultations, aesthetic treatment planning, and procedures while gaining insight into the clinical decision-making, patient communication, and artistry that drives natural, balanced outcomes.

Participants will complete two full face supervised model treatments, allowing them to gain hands-on experience under direct clinical guidance.
Post Preceptorship Strategy call
Following completion of the preceptorship, participants will receive a private 60-minute one-on-one mentorship call.
lifetime support
Graduates of The Beauty Boss Co. Preceptorship will receive lifetime mentorship access for questions and clinical guidance as they continue to grow in the field of aesthetic medicine.
