*20 Hours of Clinical Shadowing*

During this experience, participants may observe:
– Neuromodulator treatments (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau)
– Dermal filler treatments
– Facial assessment and aesthetic consultation
– Advanced treatment planning and facial balancing
– Patient safety protocols and complication prevention
– Laser treatments including MOXI and BBL HEROic
– Regenerative treatments such as PRP/PRF
– Practice workflow, charting, and patient experience

Throughout the shadowing experience, clinical decision-making and treatment strategies will be discussed in real time so participants gain insight into why treatments are performed, not just how.

Participants will complete two full face supervised model treatments, allowing them to gain hands-on experience under direct clinical guidance. Hands-on treatments may include:

– Neuromodulator treatment
– Basic dermal filler techniques (such as lips or lower face depending on experience level)

During these sessions, participants will learn:
– Facial anatomy relevant to injection safety
– Product selection and dosing strategies
– Injection technique and needle handling
– Consultation flow and patient communication
– Documentation and treatment planning

This preceptorship is intentionally designed to provide direct access to mentorship and guidance throughout the learning experience.
– Participants are encouraged to discuss topics such as:
– Building a successful aesthetic practice
– Patient consultation and retention strategies
– Treatment pricing and service menu development
– Practice growth and marketing strategies
– Clinical pearls and complication prevention

Following completion of the preceptorship, participants will receive a private 60-minute one-on-one mentorship call. This call is designed to help providers:
– Review cases and clinical questions
– Discuss their next steps in aesthetics
– Gain clarity and confidence as they begin or grow their practice

Graduates of The Beauty Boss Co. preceptorship will receive lifetime mentorship access for questions and clinical guidance as they continue to grow in the field of aesthetic medicine.
